Meet Lauren, a certified holistic Lauren B Kay, offering one-on-one coaching as well as group coaching to help busy moms create balance in their hectic world. Through mindful changes (that aren’t overly restrictive), we’ll create a realistic plan to reach your goals.

Lauren graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, studying over 100 different dietary theories. She’s certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners with an additional certificate in plant based nutrition from E-Cornell. Most recently she completed her Nutritious Life Certification with KerI Glassman, a well-known nutritionist.

After suffering from persistent digestive issues for many years, just over 3 years ago, she did an elimination diet that completely changed her life. For 14 days, she eliminated dairy, wheat, soy, grains, caffeine and alcohol from her diet. Though difficult at first, after day 4, she was in a routine. By day 15, she slowly started to add “suspect” foods back into her diet, realizing that her persistent stomach aches were already dramatically reduced. One small change in her diet made a huge difference.
